The Telegram team released a major update, with the digital gift modification system acting as the key innovation. Users can now transform standard items into unique collectibles.
Since the feature launched, users have minted millions of gifts from over 100 collections. These items can now be combined. The new mechanic allows crafting a single gift of higher rarity — from Uncommon to Legendary — using several ordinary ones. The obtained copies feature unique animations and designs.
The crafting interface accepts up to four items at a time. Each additional gift increases the success rate. If you use multiple identical items, the final gift will highly likely inherit their attributes. The resulting lots can be bought and sold on the messenger’s internal marketplace.
