On November 14, the NFT marketplace Magic Eden host the mint for the Apechain Dinos collection. According to the announcement, 5000 pixel-art dinosaurs will be distributed during the event, some of which will be available for free. More details about the collection and minting conditions are provided below.
The Idea Behind the Project
The creator of the collection, SayanArist, an artist and aspiring web developer, shared that his love for dinosaurs and pixel art inspired him to create Apechain Dinos. The collection is aimed at people who enjoy simple projects without unnecessary seriousness, according to the creator.
He also noted that the collection is positioned as a PFP project without a roadmap or utility. As SayanArist explained, the goal isn’t to make a profit but to enjoy the art, good vibes, and "cute dinosaurs to brighten up your digital wallet." However, this approach might not appeal to those looking for long-term, potentially profitable projects.
Collection Features and Minting Details
The collection includes 5000 pixel-art dinosaurs on the Apechain blockchain. The mint will take place on the NFT marketplace Magic Eden in three stages:
- Free Claim: Free for early participants. One NFT per wallet.
- Whitelist: Priced at 1.5 APE (~$1.755) per token, with a maximum of three NFTs per wallet.
- Public Stage: Priced at 2 APE (~$2.34) per token, with a limit of ten NFTs per wallet.
The whitelist currently includes over 5000 addresses, but wallet verification is still ongoing. The project team recommends checking your eligibility using the provided link.
