Representatives of the NFT project Pudgy Penguins announced a partnership with the American racing series NASCAR. The team shared the news on social media on June 5, without revealing the details of the agreement.
While most NFT platforms are losing ground, Pudgy Penguins continues to grow its business. The project is actively expanding beyond Web3. In collaboration with Mythical Games, the team is developing a mobile game and is already selling branded toys and merchandise in major retail chains like Walmart and Target.
This week, Pudgy Penguins also announced the launch of sales in 2,000 stores across the U.S. This marks the brand’s move beyond digital assets into offline retail.
Telegram Game and In-Game Rewards
Alongside physical sales, the project’s ecosystem continues to evolve within messaging platforms. The team recently announced the game Pengu Clash on Telegram. Until June 11, users could sign up for a waitlist and receive early access bonuses, such as rare NFTs. The full launch is scheduled for June 18.
The game was developed by the same team that released the PENGU token and conducted several successful drops. The gameplay includes a reward system for user activity, and in-game progress will be tied to NFTs and the meme economy.
According to analysts, Pudgy Penguins remains one of the few NFT projects that continues to scale and find an audience both in the digital world and in the real one.
Over the last week, the minimum collection price has increased by 7,2%.
