Strategy Again Skips a Week of Bitcoin Purchases

Strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, made no Bitcoin purchases between July 13 and July 19, 2026. The company’s total Bitcoin holdings remained at 843,775 BTC, with a carrying value of $63.69B.

During the reporting period, the company issued 2,732,318 Class A shares under its ATM program, raising $263.5M in net proceeds. Meanwhile, none of its four preferred stock offerings saw any activity.

Strategy’s average Bitcoin purchase price remains at $75,476 per coin, based on purchases made since the company launched its Bitcoin strategy. With no purchases made during the week, both the average acquisition price and the size of the company’s holdings remained unchanged.

The Week’s Only Transaction

Through its Class A stock program, Strategy sold 2,732,318 shares, generating $263.5M in net proceeds after fees. The company did not issue any shares under its STRF, STRC, STRK, or STRD preferred stock programs during the reporting week.

The company still has significant capacity available under its existing programs: $17.51B for STRC, $23.53B for MSTR, $4.01B for STRD, $2.1B for STRK, and $1.62B for STRF.

Share Buybacks and Dollar Reserve

Strategy also did not use its share repurchase program. The company bought back no shares between July 13 and July 19.

As of July 19, Strategy’s U.S. dollar reserve stood at $3.225B. The reserve includes expected proceeds from ATM transactions that had not yet settled as of the reporting date.
