Seeker Launches on the Global Market

The flagship smartphone Seeker is positioned as a “next-generation Web3 device.” It features a hardware-based Seed Vault and a Genesis Token, as well as new functionalities including the Seed Vault Wallet, Seeker ID, and an updated decentralized application store (dApps).

More than 150,000 units have already been sold. The early access price is $500. Customers who pre-ordered are required to confirm their shipping address on the official website.

New TEEPIN Architecture

As part of the decentralization of its mobile platform, Solana Mobile introduced the TEEPIN architecture (Trusted Execution Environment Platform Infrastructure Network). According to the announcement, this three-tiered system enables operation in a trusted environment without centralized control.

  • The hardware layer ensures cryptographic integrity checks of the device and software via Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).
  • The platform layer connects verified users and applications through on-chain verification, allowing participants to bypass traditional intermediaries and commission fees.
  • The network layer builds a distributed trust network between devices and applications managed by the Guardian Network — a collective of community leaders and organizations.

According to Solana Labs co-founder and CEO Anatoly Yakovenko, TEEPIN leverages secure components of modern smartphones and governs access to them through blockchain technology, eliminating the need for a central point of trust.

What Is Known About the SKR Token

Solana Mobile also announced the launch of the SKR token — the core asset of the entire ecosystem. It will serve as both an incentive mechanism and a governance tool, connecting users, developers, and device manufacturers under a decentralized ownership model.

Solana Mobile lead Emmett Hollyer emphasized that SKR will allow Web3 ecosystem participants not just to use the platform but to become part of it — directly influencing its development.
