The Finalbosu project has unveiled a phased schedule for revealing its NFT collection. The public mint of 8,888 tokens sold out within minutes. The reveal will take place over five days, divided by character groups. The rare “final bosses” will be revealed last.
It was announced that from May 5 to May 9, token holders will witness the gradual appearance of different types of characters in the following order:
- May 5 — Mujins.
- May 6 — Kodakas.
- May 7 — Kaichukans.
- May 8 — Citizens.
- May 9 — Kazegami and Final Bosses.
Tokens that remain unrevealed by the last day will receive an increased chance of becoming one of the “final bosses” — unique 1/1 creatures that are central to the Finalbosu universe. This mechanic is intended to build anticipation and encourage collectors to await the climax.
About the Project and the Creator Team
Finalbosu is an anime-oriented Web3 project where digital collectible characters exist in a state of being born without memories of their past lives and gradually awaken to their power. As the characters evolve, nodes are activated, leading to the emergence of the titanic “Finalbosu” — the ultimate manifestation of their strength.
The idea comes from three brothers — Kevin, Jeff, and lead artist Mustayaki — along with long-time collaborator John. They are united by their background in storytelling, visual design, and brand development. Mustayaki defines the project’s visual style, giving it its distinctive anime aesthetic.
Future Plans
Finalbosu aims to expand beyond NFTs — the project is envisioned as a large-scale intellectual property. The team’s roadmap includes developing games, animations, and the possible release of physical merchandise to enhance community engagement and strengthen the project’s ecosystem.
