The NFT project confirmed its collaboration with animation studio DreamWorks and the “Kung Fu Panda” franchise. Details will be revealed later, but the news has already generated significant attention both within the crypto community and mainstream audiences.

Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Netz said the project’s roadmap “is becoming a reality,” adding that the team is already exploring participation in future films. He emphasized that Pudgy Penguins is evolving into a global brand that connects Web3 with traditional media formats.

Expanding the Partnership Network

The DreamWorks collaboration is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the brand’s presence. Pudgy Penguins has also announced joint projects with NASCAR, candy manufacturer PEZ, and the sportswear company Suplay.

“This is what mass adoption looks like,” the team commented on X.

Collectible NFTs on Telegram

As part of the DreamWorks partnership, a series of digital collectibles launched on the Goodies Marketplace platform within Telegram. A total of 9,888 packs priced at 19 TON each have been released. Holders can obtain rare NFTs featuring characters from the franchise, including Master Shifu. Sales are limited in time.

PENGU Token Activity Grows

Following the partnership announcement, the PENGU token rose by 10% to $0.023.

According to analyst Ali Martinez, the asset is showing signs of recovery, with daily trading volume reaching $223.0 million. The chart is forming a “cup and handle” pattern, while the MACD and Bollinger Bands suggest a potential strengthening of upward momentum.

Pudgy Penguins Strengthen Their Web2 Presence

Over the past year, Pudgy Penguins has been actively expanding its ecosystem beyond Web3. In May, CEO Luca Netz reported that over one million branded toys had been sold. By September, the mobile game Pudgy Party surpassed 500,000 downloads, and recently, the brand was featured at a film festival in South Korea.

The partnership with DreamWorks and the growing list of collaborations further establish Pudgy Penguins as one of the most recognizable NFT brands successfully bridging Web3 and the mainstream market.
