Analysts at Arkham discovered an unusual transaction on Ethereum: an unknown sender transferred 500 ETH to a burn address and accompanied the transfer with three mysterious messages. In them, the sender accuses the leadership of the investment company Kuande Investment of using "mind control weapons" against employees.
According to Ethereum Scan, one of the messages in Chinese claims that the CEOs of the company, Feng Xin and Xu Yuzhi, subjected current and former employees to "brain-computer technologies" aimed at total subjugation.
Accusations of Digital Enslavement
In the second message, the anonymous sender explains that "the development of brain-computer interfaces and mind-reading technologies has spawned a new form of crime, where living beings become digital slaves."
The third message is even more ominous: the author claims that victims of this technology gradually lose their ability to think independently and completely lose control over themselves. He also states that if he himself falls under the influence of the "digital machine," he will "leave this world."
Connection to WikiLeaks and Ukraine
The transaction sparked active discussion among crypto traders on X. One user, @sassal0x, discovered that the same mysterious address had previously transferred 591 ETH to the WikiLeaks fund and 700 ETH to a donation address for Ukraine. In both cases, the same three messages were attached to the transfers.
Later, the sender revealed his identity. He turned out to be Chinese programmer and entrepreneur Hu Lezhi. According to him, since 2022, he has been under surveillance and control by "an organization that uses mind manipulation technology." He clarified that the large transfers were an attempt to draw attention to his accusations.
Emergence of the Kuande Investment Memecoin
Meanwhile, while some tried to figure out if the investment company Kuande Investment actually exists, others began launching memecoins with the same name on Solana. One such coin appeared on Pump.fun on February 17, just hours after the mysterious transaction messages surfaced.
Over the past 24 hours, the coin's value surged by 319% to $0.001601, and its market capitalization stabilized at $1.6 million.
At the moment, there are no official confirmations of the existence of Kuande Investment, and the allegations of "mind control" remain unproven. However, if the accusations are confirmed, it could become the largest revelation of secret mind control technologies.
