Binance Wallet has announced the launch of its 16th exclusive Token Generation Event (TGE). This time, users will have the opportunity to subscribe to the Privasea AI (PRAI) token — a project based on fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology. Participation is restricted to those using the Binance Alpha Points system, and 15 points will be deducted upon entry.
Subscription Date and Conditions
The subscription period for the PRAI token will begin on May 14, 2025, and run from 10:00 to 12:00 UTC. A total of 20 million tokens will be offered, representing 2% of the total supply. The token price is set at $0.01 in BNB equivalent, with a total fundraising target of $200,000. Each user can contribute a maximum of 3 BNB. Funds will be collected via the BNB Smart Chain network.
Only Binance Wallet users who meet one of the following criteria can participate:
- Hold at least 198 Alpha Points;
- Hold between 162 and 197 Alpha Points, and their UID ends in the digit 0.
To participate, users must visit the Alpha Events page and confirm their intent. Upon confirmation, 15 points will be deducted from their balance.
Tokens will be allocated proportionally to contributed funds. Once the subscription ends, PRAI will be listed on Binance Wallet DEX and PancakeSwap. No vesting period is applied.
What Is Privasea AI
Privasea AI is a decentralized network for confidential computation on encrypted data. Its core technology is based on Zama’s Concrete-ML and a blockchain-based node network. The solution is targeted at sectors such as healthcare, finance, biometrics, and Web3.
The project’s flagship application, ImHuman, uses a Proof-of-Humanity consensus to verify identity by comparing encrypted biometric features. The app already has more than 800,000 users. ImHuman is available on the App Store and Google Play. The DeepSea AI testnet is live, and the mainnet launch is expected in Q2 2025.
The PRAI token grants access to the platform’s computing resources, including AI operations on encrypted data and participation in Proof-of-Human checks for Web3 applications. According to Coinmarketcap, the total supply will be 1 billion tokens.
How to Participate
According to the official statement, to participate, users must have a backup of a Keyless wallet created in Binance Wallet. External wallets and exported addresses are not eligible. Only wallets created and connected within Binance Wallet are allowed.
To ensure timely participation, users are encouraged to preload their wallets with BNB in advance — either through the trading section, direct transfer from the exchange, or purchase via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once the subscription opens, users must confirm participation and deposit their funds. After the subscription ends, participants will receive both their token allocation and any unused funds.
Warning for Participants
Until the subscription concludes, PRAI tokens will not be in circulation. Any offers to buy the token during this period are fraudulent. Contract addresses should only be verified through official project sources. Network fees and expenses are accounted for within the overall subscription pool.
Binance and Privasea AI reserve the right to deny participation if suspicious activity is detected — including multi-accounting, money laundering, or market manipulation. The subscription may also be canceled or suspended in the event of technical issues related to the blockchain or the project. Binance bears no responsibility for failed transactions or fee losses.
