Binance Alpha has launched a new airdrop — users with 194 or more Alpha Points can receive 294 $XTER tokens.
Claiming the reward will deduct 15 points, and confirmation must be submitted by May 20, 08:00 UTC. The airdrop is tied to the inclusion of Xterio (XTER) in Binance’s Alpha Program.
How to Claim $XTER Through Binance Alpha
To participate in the airdrop, users must go to the Alpha Events page in the Binance app and confirm their participation. Points will be deducted immediately after pressing the confirmation button. If participation is not confirmed by 08:00 UTC on May 20, the right to receive the reward will be forfeited.
To access Alpha Events:
- On the app’s homepage, enter “Alpha event” in the search bar.
- Or tap the profile icon, then go to [More Services] → [Alpha Events].
New Binance Alpha Points Mechanism
As of May 13, 2025, a new point-spending model is in effect. Each Alpha Point remains valid for 15 days after being awarded and automatically expires afterward. Points are credited based on a daily snapshot of activity at 23:59:59 UTC.
Points can only be spent within Alpha Events (TGE and airdrops). Participation is entirely optional — users decide whether to use their points or not. Points are not earned from transactions in imported or exported wallets — only activity in the Binance Wallet (Keyless) and on the centralized exchange counts.
Token Launch Details Not Yet Disclosed
Details about the launch and objectives of the token have not yet been revealed. FIP Crypto notes that there is currently no reason to rush into selling the tokens after receiving them — it’s better to assess the price and potential closer to the listing.
“There’s no point in selling $XTER now. I’ll wait for a price estimate — if it exceeds $100, I’ll cash out,” he said.
FIP Crypto also developed a strategy to optimize the volume and accumulation of Alpha Points with minimal costs. For example, by using $500 in $BNB and performing 17 consecutive swaps between Alpha tokens with a 0,1% slippage, he reportedly manages to create $16,384 in volume while spending less than $2 on fees.
