These Terms represents the Terms between the owner of the website nft.eu and each registered or unregistered user (“User”). The use of the site implies that you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms or updates to the Terms, you must cease using the site.

Please carefully read and study these Terms, as it contains information about your rights and obligations. The Terms may be updated, and we recommend that you track updates on the site and do not ignore our emails, which may contain information about changes and developments on our website and application.

(1) Account and Registration

1.1. To use the site, view materials, and interact with them on the site, the User must create an Account. To create an Account, you must register on the site, for which We may request you to provide information about yourself or use third-party tools for registration.

1.2. Only adults can be users of the site. If the user is a minor under applicable law, the creation of an account and access to the site's materials are allowed only with the consent of parents or other legal representatives. If the user represents a company, we have the right to request supporting documents, and we are not responsible for the materials and actions performed by such a user on the platform.

1.4.1. To publish materials on the site as an "Author," the User undergoes verification. "Authors" can be users who have the status of individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, as well as "self-employed" (taxpayers of the professional income tax).

1.4.2. To pass verification, the user must follow the instructions on the site and provide accurate information about their status. The user is not entitled to provide documents, data, and payment details related to third parties. In case of identification of incorrect information or data provision - We have the right to refuse to provide certain site functions or restrict the User's access to the site.

1.4.3. If the User registers an Account for a legal entity, We have the right to request information confirming the User's authority.

1.5. The user has the right to create only one Account. If we find that you have created multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to take measures to block or delete your Accounts.

1.6. By creating an Account, you choose a login and password to access the site. We ask you to use a pseudonym, a fictional or your real name, and not to use other people's names, aliases, or misleading data. We also ask you not to include anything offensive or inappropriate from a moral, ethical, or other point of view in the name of your Account. We may offer you to change your name or block your Account in case of refusal.

1.7. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account and password and is responsible for all actions that occur under their Account.

1.8. The user must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their password or Account or any other security breach. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with confidentiality requirements.

1.9. We have the right to contact you using electronic means (emails, notifications). Any notices, messages sent to your email specified in your Account, are considered valid and delivered. To receive our notifications, you must ensure that the email you use to create an account is current and you have full access to it. If you change your email address, you must change it in your Account.

(2) User Obligations

2.1. Each User must avoid posting the following information on the site:

False, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, discrediting, extremist, hate-mongering, or hostile content that could cause harm to any individual;
Unlawful, defamatory, displaying (or propagating) violence, cruelty, hatred, discrimination against people based on racial, ethnic, gender, religious, or social characteristics;
Content containing profanity or insults;
Content containing or propagating terrorism, extremism, pornography, or sexual services;
Information on the manufacture, use, or application of narcotics, their analogs, weapons;
Any viruses intended to interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt the normal operation of the site or any User's device;
Unauthorized access or extraction of any personal data from the site (Application);
Violation of the rights of any natural or legal person, including copyrights, trademark rights, patents;
Personal information about another User that is not publicly available, and the User has not given written permission for;
Imposing unjustified or disproportionately large loads on our infrastructure or interfering with the operation of the site.

2.2. We are not responsible for any information posted by Users.

2.3. We may limit the volume of information and materials that the User may send and post on the site, and reserve the right to delete information, without prior notice and liability, if it violates the terms of the Terms.

2.4. You agree not to copy, interfere with, redesign, decompile, or disassemble the website software or any of its parts, and to take no actions not expressly permitted by these Terms.

2.5. You must independently verify and guarantee to us that your use of the site and the posting of information and materials will not violate any law applicable to you or any legally binding Terms of which you are a party.

2.6. We may restrict access to certain features or content at the request of government authorities, and we will not be obliged to notify you in advance or share with you the basis of such a request unless required by law.

(3) Account Limitations

3.1. The User may delete their Account at any time using the corresponding function on the website.

3.2. When you delete your Account, all your personal data will be permanently erased. You are solely responsible for creating backups. Deleting your account means that you will not be able to receive rewards for materials posted on the site. In the event of account deletion, materials posted by the User will be removed from the site (see Section 5) if the User has not consented to the use of materials on the site after deleting the Account.

3.3. Please note that if you delete your Account, you remain responsible for fulfilling your obligations under these Terms.

3.4. We may suspend the use of all or part of the features available to the User through the site at any time and without prior notice, take technical actions to restrict or prohibit the use of the site if the User violates these Terms.

(4) Intellectual Property

4.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use of the content, source code, and website software for its functionalities.

In the event of claims by third parties (or government authorities) regarding materials posted on the site, the User undertakes to settle such disputes independently or indemnify Us for losses incurred due to the settlement of claims by third parties.

4.5. Unless otherwise requested, your name (or pseudonym) will be published alongside your material.

4.6. If you decide to provide suggestions or proposed modifications or improvements, you hereby grant Us an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your suggestions in any way and for any purpose, including creating new products and services.

You understand and agree that you may provide Us with your feedback, suggestions, ideas, and recommendations for improvement, including the use, operation, functionality, appearance, and other features and characteristics of the site.

Any feedback on site features, whether patentable or otherwise protectable, belongs to us upon your submission.

We may use your submission at any time, in any way, and in any form.

By accepting this, you agree not to provide Us with any suggestions and feedback to which any third party has or may have any rights.

5.1. The functions of the website are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, service level, explicit or implied fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement warranties.

5.2. We make no warranties regarding the following:

- The quality of any material or information obtained by you from Us, another User, or any third party involved in the operation of the service, will meet your expectations or be error-free and/or defect-free.

5.4. You release us from liability for your interactions with other Users on the site.
